Kathy Judson

Kathy Judson has been motivating, inspiring and moving communities in person and online since 2003 in Canada, England, France and the USA. She has certifications in personal fitness training through CanfitPro, Pre and post natal fitness training and Group Fitness through the YMCA. She has owned and operated a group fitness and personal training studio in Ottawa Ontario, and Amherstburg, Ontario and operated SweatBank, an online fitness community. She specializes and has a great amount of experience teaching Bootcamp, suspension training, and mobility training. Kathy is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in Ontario and offers access to her database of over 400 workouts through a channel called Sweatbank, formerly a membership-based website. Kathy has also spent 6 years overseas in Europe as an adventure travel guide for Butterfield and Robinson as a cycling and hiking guide as well as Reginonal Director of Provence, responsible for writing and creating amazing hiking and biking trips in that Region of France.
