Kathy Streck is a nationally certified group fitness instructor and the founder of ZK fit, LLC and Kathy’s Beach House & Barre. With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, Kathy blends strength, barre, yoga, dance, and mindful movement to help women heal, grow stronger, and feel confident in their bodies.

Her signature approach—“healing trauma with fitness, dance, yoga & meditation”—creates a warm, supportive space where every student feels safe and empowered. Known for her uplifting energy and inclusive teaching style, Kathy specializes in creative, effective classes for all ages and fitness levels.
