I am a longtime yoga teacher, nearly 20 years now, and am a CYT-200 yoga teacher with well over 300 additional hours of training across vinyasa, power, alignment-based flow, yin, and restorative practices. My teaching is rooted in intelligent sequencing, thoughtful alignment, and a creative approach that keeps classes meaningful and engaging for all levels.
My classes are designed to meet students exactly where they are. I offer challenge where it serves the body and deep restoration when it supports the nervous system. Because of my work as a spiritual wellness coach, I naturally weave intention, breath awareness, and a sense of inner connection into each practice, helping students experience yoga as both movement and a pathway inward.
Whether students are looking to build strength, unwind, or simply reconnect with themselves, my intention is always the same: to guide them toward leaving their mat feeling grounded, expanded, and more at home in their own body.
