Natasha’s classes are an alchemy of strength and serenity, where movement, breath, and sound converge to open the heart and quiet the mind.
With her roots in Bhakti Yoga, she is a continuous student of ancient non-dual Tantra, Yogic and Buddhist scriptures. Natasha comes from classical Piano background and loves hosting SoundBath Meditations for inner spaciousness and bliss.
Having healed from chronic pain, Natasha shares the Glow Wellness Program, a holistic and sustainable approach to yoga, strength, and bodywork that nurtures mental clarity, inner peace, and graceful aging. She invites you to make self-care a daily ritual, where healing emerges through nurture and attention.
'I'm deeply grateful to share that in my 40s, I am living pain-free and feel stronger than ever. Healing, to me, is an act of tender love and care, applied to all the places that hurt. I hope that through our practice together, you'll rediscover the sacredness of your breath, the strength in your body, and the peace within your heart.’
