My name is Ashlyn Dubreuil. I am a lover of all things fitness, nutrition and wellness. I finally decided to become certified as a Personal Trainer, a Group Fitness Instructor, & Nutrition + Wellness coach. After having been in a car accident, I needed the support of a personal trainer to help overcome some muscular imbalances. This personal trainer changed my life and inspired me to do the same!
