Chris Swarens– CrossFit & Personal Trainer & Advanced Water Aerobics
With over seven years of experience in fitness and functional training, I am passionate about helping clients achieve their personal best. A certified CrossFit Trainer, personal fitness coach and an Advanced water aerobics instructor. I specializes in strength training, high-intensity workouts, and tailored fitness programs that challenge and empower. My pool coaching provides a full body workout that reduces strains on joints while boosting strenght and endurance. 
I am known for my motivating coaching style and individualized approach, have helped countless clients build confidence, improve performance, and reach their health and fitness goals. When I am  not coaching, I compete in CrossFit events, train for HYROX take cycle classes and exploring new ways to make fitness fun and effective.
