Claudia Pope

Hi! My name is claudia pope I am currently a senior in college attending the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse preparing to begin my masters in nursing this fall. Yoga has been a grounding force in my life, especially throughout the challenges and business of college. For the past two years I've had the privilege of teaching at my local YMCA, where I've learned how powerful movement and breath can be for people of all ages. Sharing yoga has become one of my greatest joys; it allows me to connect, uplift, and create a space where others can feel supported and present. As I continue my journey both in nursing and yoga, I hope to bring this same sense of compassion, balance and care to every community I step into.
