I started my Yoga journey over 20 years ago and I've continued developing my skills, study and practice since. I became a yoga teacher about 15 years ago and I've taught various ages, body types, mobility abilities and experience levels. I have taught various styles of Yoga including Restorative, Hatha, and Vinyasa.
Being a yoga teacher and hearing the positive feedback I get from students on how it’s helped them on a level that is deeper than something physical – I can relate to it and I feel profound joy to contribute in being a positive influence in other’s lives. I value kindness and compassion and as a yoga teacher, I encourage people to challenge themselves, but also to be gentle with themselves, finding the perfect balance between effort and ease in each pose and hopefully this translates in life.
