I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and teaching since 2018. As a busy healthcare professional, I love being on my mat as a way to recharge and reset. I love travelling, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends. I love teaching yoga to first time students, as well as people who have been practicing for many years. I am a dual US and Canadian citizen and love this heart practice that has brought balance, flexiblity, strength and endurance to my life.
