Adrianne was initiated into the world of fitness by both her mother and the wonderful world of Jazzercise. As she shuffle ball changed into high school she discovered the benefits of weight lifting and her love of all things fitness was born. After a brief foray into both the finance and internet world she found her way back to fitness and has not left it since.
Adrianne views herself as a health and wellness coach, someone to assist you in making appropriate and lasting lifestyle changes, through fitness and nutrition. She strives to make fitness accessible through the use of different modalities of training from yoga to pilates and does not believe in the "no pain, no gain" mentality. Adrianne reminds herself daily, "Love the life you live, live the life you love!â€
Adrianne is trained in hip hop, modern and ballet and has been a personal trainer and group instructor for the last 8 years. She holds certifications from AFFA, ACE and Power Pilates.
