Aquasculpt is a unique, water-based fitness experience designed to strengthen the body, sharpen the mind, and restore the spirit—all while floating on the water. Founded on the belief that movement should be joyful, empowering, and connected to nature, we bring the principles of Pilates into a whole new environment: the open air and gently shifting water.
Our floating Pilates sessions blend core-focused training with balance, breathwork, and mindful movement. By practicing atop our custome made floating fitness boards, clients engage deeper stabilizing muscles, enhance focus, and experience a playful yet transformative workout. Every class becomes a blend of fitness and serenity—where the sound of the water replaces studio walls, and participants leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more centered.
All classes are led by me, Diana Miceli, a certified pool yoga instructor instructor with a passion for wellness and water-based training, our mission is to make fitness feel refreshing, inclusive, and deeply connected to nature. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or brand-new to the practice, our floating sessions offer a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment to challenge your strength, balance and body in new ways.
