I am a holistic coach, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor integrating science-based training with the CHEK 6 Foundational Principles of health. My approach blends movement, breath awareness, posture and core conditioning, lifestyle coaching, and mindful restoration to support the whole person.

With years of experience teaching in studios, gyms, dance environments, and private coaching settings, I specialize in strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, mobility, women’s health, and energetic alignment. I love creating uplifting, inclusive classes that meet people where they are and help them feel strong, balanced, and connected.

Beyond movement, I incorporate elements of breath awareness, nervous system regulation, and energy medicine to help clients and class participants leave feeling rejuvenated both physically and emotionally.
