Kerri Mark

I have a passion for fitness and instruction.  Working with various groups of the population is both challenting and rewarding. Developing fitness programs gives me the opportuntiy to use my vast knowledge and understanding of the human body and fitness technique.  Having a massage therapist background provides me with a deeper understanding of the human body and the way it moves in space.

When I am not teaching or training, I enjoy time outside, especially with my family, dog and friends.
