Jessica Nichols

I am a 30 year old Yoga Instructor, mom, Book Worm, Lover of Travel, Social Worker..  (this is getting out of hand :)) I live in a small towm called Perry, Georgia with my parents, my little brother, my son, and my 1 year old Cavapoo. My professional background is rooting on restorative and spiritual practices with hospice patients providing end of life mental health support. I was called to that profession following the tragic death of my husband in 2023. I am passionate about connection, love, and the mind body connection.
