I am writing to introduce myself as I look forward to joining and contributing to this group. My name is Mariena Loki Evans, and I am a 55-year-old certified real estate appraiser currently self-employed and licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. While I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, I grew up in New Jersey and now reside in Longboat Key, Florida.

 

As an empty nester with my youngest child attending Florida State University, I enjoy staying active and making the most of life on the barrier island. My personal interests include my local book and garden clubs, as well as boating and golf. Fitness is also a significant part of my life; I teach several classes, including Pilates Sculpt, Pilates Bootcamp, Body Pump, and a high-energy "Fun Friday" bootcamp.
