An energetic certified instructor who is highly motivated to help members reach their wellness goals and improving their mental health.  I wasn't always an active person. As a young adult I found running around a gym was no fun, so I joined a fitness class and was hooked ever since. I got certified many years ago. I am passionate about creating a fun and challenging workout environment for everyone. I believe in the power of movement to transform lives and help people reach their fitness goals. My classes focus on strength training -  mindbody -, functional fitness -, and cardio. I like to incorporate modifications to accommodate all fitness levels. I'm dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and motivating space where participants can push their limits and achieve their best.
