Hi, I'm Leigh, a Vinyasa and Yin instructor that teaches an accessible, all-levels vinyasa flow where no previous yoga experience is necessary. I cue tons of modifications and options for those learning all the way to those deep into their practice ensuring everyone gets the most out of their time on their mat with me.
I teach alignment-based Vinyasa that builds strength & heat, paired with Slow Flow and Yin to restore, relax, and reduce stress through mindful, breath-guided movement.
