My kinesiology background shapes everything I do. I focus on how the body moves, how muscles and joints work together, and how small changes in technique can make a big difference. I also hold Heart Wise training and First Aid certification, which allows me to design classes that are safe, inclusive, and appropriate for a wide range of participants.
I teach a variety of classes, including Yoga Fusion, Total Mobility, Stability Ball and Core, Strength Training for Women, Youth Strength Training, Youth Conditioning, Stretching, and Posture Correction. I love adding fun and just the right level of challenge to every session, keeping people engaged, motivated, and confident in their progress.
I’m flexible and comfortable working with different ages, fitness levels, and abilities, from youth to older adults. I’m known for being warm, social, and approachable, and I enjoy creating a positive environment where people feel supported, challenged, and excited to move.
For me, teaching is about helping people understand their bodies better, move with confidence, and enjoy the process, not just the workout.
