I have a Classical Pilates Certification from The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. I completed the advanced certification program in 2018 and teach all levels of Pilates in Louisville, Kentucky. I have always loved movement. I grew up studying all styles of dance and after high school moved to Chicago to pursue my passion to dance professionally. First with Guy Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago, then with the modern dance company Deeply Rooted. Later, I discovered Flamenco when I was studying Spanish in college and performed with Ensemble Español.  At some point in my dance career, I was introduced to Pilates. I continue to perform professionally with Flamenco Louisville; I speak Spanish fluently and love teaching Pilates to all ages and levels of movement ability.
