I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I specialize in Hatha and Vinayasa forms of yoga. I have volunteered at the neighborhood studios and online on Zoom. I wanted to encourage people to this form of practice, therefore did not think it necessary to charge for my services. I prefer to do voluntary training of yoga as my contribution to society. I was inspired to see yoga teaching on my visit to Los Cabos and would like to extend my services to travel destinations. I would be delighted to be a part of Fit Bodies inc.
I am comfortable in teaching small and large groups from 1-2 to 50. I have personalized trainings for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of students. Although I have also learnt Bikram/hot yoga and have some level of expertise in it. I teach 10-12 people on a weekly basis and monitor their postures and techniques to avoid injuries. I instruct them to improve flexibility and correct postures by controlling the breadth and range of motion.
I acknowledge participants progress and adapt each program based on their fitness level. I also create exercise plans on each student's fitness status and needs. I try to bring focus on the breath and improved posture.
