I’m a certified yoga instructor (CYT-500) with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, offering an integrated approach that blends movement, physiology, and practical nutrition support. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and informed by a deep understanding of metabolism, appetite regulation, and the physical and hormonal shifts that occur across adulthood. While I specialize in supporting women in midlife, my teaching and nutrition work are designed to meet individuals where they are, emphasizing strength, sustainability, and body awareness rather than restriction or quick fixes.
