Serena is a movement teacher trained in Yoga (RYT 200), Mat Pilates (Classical Method), Contact Beyond Contact, and Integrative Somatic Arts. With a background in dance performance, she discovered the transformative power of reclaiming movement as a pathway for health, healing, and connection — both within oneself and in community with others.
