Nicoletta is a passionate yoga teacher whose journey is rooted in courage, transformation, and service. Originally from Italy, she and her husband made the bold decision in 2014 to completely change their lives by moving to Toronto, Canada, in pursuit of new opportunities and growth.
Nicoletta continued her professional career in trademark law, working at a Toronto law firm for several years. In 2018, she embraced another meaningful life shift and relocated to Vancouver with her husband to join the legal team at lululemon athletica Canada Inc., a move that aligned more closely with her values, work ethic, and lifestyle.
That same year marked a pivotal moment in her personal journey. After practicing yoga for many years and attending a transformative yoga retreat in 2017, Nicoletta became a certified 200-hour yoga teacher in 2018. Yoga had long been a grounding force in her life, and teaching became a natural extension of her practice.
From 2018 to 2020, while continuing her legal career at lululemon, Nicoletta taught Vinyasa and Hatha community yoga classes, sharing accessible and inclusive practices with students of all levels. In 2020, her life evolved once again with the arrival of her son and the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since then, Nicoletta has focused on teaching yoga primarily through corporate events, creating mindful spaces that support balance, connection, and well-being.
At the heart of Nicoletta’s teaching philosophy is her commitment to accessibility and community. She chooses to teach community-based, pay-what-you-can classes as a way to give back—offering yoga as an opportunity for connection, healing, and growth rather than a commercial pursuit. Yoga is her passion and her offering to the world, while she continues her legal professional role at lululemon athletica Canada Inc.
Nicoletta’s classes are grounded, welcoming, and infused with intention—reflecting a life shaped by change, resilience, and a deep belief in sharing love and opportunity with others.
