Kelly is a group fitness instructor with a strong foundation in strength, mobility, and mindful movement, teaching group classes consistently since 2023. Her approach blends athletic training with intentional, form-focused coaching, creating classes that are challenging, accessible, and empowering for a wide range of bodies and experience levels.
She is a certified Pilates instructor, with formal training completed most recently in November 2025, and brings Pilates principles—core control, alignment, breath, and precision—into every class she teaches. Kelly’s sessions emphasize functional strength, stability, and sustainable movement patterns that support both performance and long-term wellness.
Known for clear cueing, thoughtful sequencing, and an encouraging teaching style, Kelly creates an inclusive environment where students can build strength, confidence, and body awareness. Whether teaching Pilates, sculpt, or strength-based group fitness, her goal is to help people move better, feel stronger, and leave class more connected to their bodies than when they arrived.
