By day, I work in education supporting students with developmental disabilities, a role that has deeply shaped my patience, compassion, and understanding of the human experience. In the evenings, I step onto the mat as a yoga teacher, holding space for movement, breath, and connection to curiosity.
Yoga and breath-work has truly changed my life. Through seasons of challenge and growth, these practices became my anchor, helping me find clarity, strength, and calm when I needed it most. They’re something I believe everyone should experience at least once, because the way they meet you exactly where you are is incredibly powerful.
Although I’ve been teaching for over a year, I always consider myself a student first. Yoga is a lifelong journey, and there is always more to learn, feel, and unlearn. Sharing this practice is near and dear to my heart, and my intention is to create spaces that feel welcoming, grounding, and real; where you can simply show up as you are.
