In 2009, I thought yoga would be a good idea as a way to take care of my body after many years of running. I immediately fell in love with all of the aspects of yoga. During the pandemic, my practice waned, as I really wanted to be practicing with others in person at a studio. As soon as studios re-opened, I jumped back into practicing every day. After several years of being a student of different styles of yoga, I decided it was time for teacher training in the summer of 2023. I love practicing with others, and teaching gentle (or slow) flow, Yin, and Hatha classes. I enjoy making yoga accessible to everyone through modifications and using props creatively. I also have experience working with seniors in both traditional and chair classes. I look forward to breathing, moving and growing stronger together!
