Sarah has been employed as a Group Exercise Fitness Instructor since 2002, specializing in high-energy Cardio Kickboxing and Boot Camp-style class formats. Sarah is skilled in cueing and guiding participants through a workout that meets the needs of all fitness levels, ensuring that beginners are able to participate easily and safely, without compromising the workout of even the most advanced fitness participants. Sarah's teaching style is welcoming, encouraging, and energetic. Sarah's professional certifications include: Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (kickboxing); Powerstrike, Inc.
