Having been a long distance runner for 20+ years, Sue found yoga in 2011 to help with her ongoing injuries.  

Today Sue sees yoga as more than just a healing or meditative practice but a way to gain stability, strength and mobility.  She believes that everyone needs real everyday healthy movement to lock in long-term "movement confidence" at any age.

Her yoga classes focus on you, the student, moving slower - as in a Gentle Yoga flow or come to complete rest as in a Restorative Yoga class practice.
