In my classes, an alignment-oriented approach means I encourage students to prioritize safe and effective postures. I help cultivate awareness of bodily movement and sensation throughout each practice, ensuring students are attentive to how they feel in every pose. Mindfulness is at the core of my teaching; I use breathwork and gentle verbal cues to help students anchor their attention in the present moment. This focus supports a sense of calm and enhances self-awareness.
By weaving these principles together, I support students in exploring their authentic selves, both physically and mentally. This practice empowers them to cultivate balance, build confidence, and make conscious choices—both on the mat and in everyday life.
I am a certified yoga instructor with a 200-hour yoga certification. My teaching integrates dynamic vinyasa techniques with restorative postures, providing a well-rounded approach that supports individuals facing the pressures of busy lives. My classes are known for their focus on functional movement and are enhanced by thoughtfully curated playlists that add to the overall experience.
