Holly Bustle

Holly Bustle is a global yoga and fitness educator, retreat leader, and lifelong mover with over a decade of experience teaching yoga, barre, and strength-based formats around the world. Her love for movement began early through competitive dance, which she pursued throughout high school—an experience that shaped her deep appreciation for discipline, expression, and embodied connection.

After becoming a mother, Holly turned to yoga as a way to reconnect with herself and cultivate balance during a new chapter of life. What began as a personal practice quickly evolved into a professional calling. She completed her 200-hour and later her 300-hour yoga teacher training, becoming a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and a Continuing Education Provider through Yoga Alliance. Holly also completed an expansive 95-hour Ashtanga adjustments training with David Swenson, deepening her expertise in alignment, hands-on assists, and traditional practice.

In addition to yoga, Holly holds an Advanced Barre Teacher Certification and has over 10 years of experience teaching barre, tone, and sculpt formats. Her classes thoughtfully blend strength, mindfulness, and intelligent movement, creating experiences that are both empowering and accessible. She has led 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, barre teacher trainings, and workshops on meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and a wide range of yoga styles and philosophies.

In 2019, Holly founded the nonprofit organization One Love Yoga, whose mission is to support the physical and mental health of children and teens in Minnesota through yoga, mindfulness, and community education. Through school-based and community programs, One Love Yoga has proudly served over 15,000 students, bringing accessible, trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness practices into learning environments where they are needed most.

Holly has extensive experience teaching at, planning, and running successful yoga festivals, overseeing programming, instructor coordination, and community engagement. Her festival work reflects her strengths as both a visionary leader and a skilled organizer, creating inclusive, inspiring events that foster connection and collective wellbeing.

Holly is also a certified sound healer and is known for guiding students into deep states of relaxation, supporting nervous system regulation and whole-body restoration. Since 2019, she has led yoga retreats both domestically and internationally, weaving together movement, mindfulness, cultural immersion, and community connection.

A passionate traveler and explorer, Holly’s most recent adventure took her to Tanzania, where she connected with local tribes, experienced life on safari, and explored the island of Zanzibar—an experience that continues to inspire her global teaching vision.

Outside the studio, Holly is a mother of three, a bonus mom, and a proud grandmother of two. She loves plants, cooking nourishing meals, and sharing meaningful moments around the table with friends. Whether teaching abroad, leading a retreat, or producing a large-scale yoga event, Holly’s work is rooted in connection—to self, to community, and to the world.
