With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, I hold the following certifications: AFAA - Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer, AAAI - Cycling Instructor, Les Mills - Body Pump & Body Step and Zumba. I am alsoa Registered Yoga Teacher at the  200 hour level with Yoga Alliance and certified with Stott Pilates- Mat & Reformer. I used to run competetively and continue to run marathons.

I am currently the Club Manager at Shapes Fitness for women and have been in club management since 2004. I teach a wide range of group exercise classes and am  known for my outward personality and dedication to fitness and the overall well being of one's health and fitness.
