Abina Arthur

Hello!

My name is Abina Arthur. I am a certified personal trainer and group water aerobics instructor. During my group sessions, I focus on zone 2 cardio in the form of power walking and full body strength training. The format is "Every Minute on the Minute" interval training. My classes are great on land and can be adapted to an underwater format for increased resistance and endurance. For those who use pedometers and count steps (optional), I can guarantee that you will accumulate between 2000 to 4000 steps within my hour long class (some clients gain a bit more). 

Whatever your personal fitness goals are, my classes are a great additional daily tool and technique to help you burn fat, increase strength and boost your heart health.
