Tara McGrady

Tara is a devoted Ashtanga Student of David Garrigues and is a certified teacher under his lineage.  She holds a 200hr Teaching Certificate from Yoga Alliance, specializing in Ashtanga Yoga.  Tara is a Level 1 Certified Sanskrit Teacher under Zoe Mai.  Her studies include chanting the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita, and holds a Vedic Chanting Certificate from Shantala Sriramaiah.  Tara also plays the harmonium as a part of her ongoing studies and devotion.  Fully committed to honoring this lineage, she strives to share the transformative power of Ashtanga Yoga with fellow seekers walking the path.
