Hi! I'm Jen. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. My personal yoga practice began well over 20 years ago. At that time, as group fitness instructor, I subjected my body to a lot of abuse and I began practicing yoga for the sole purpose of stretching. As the decades have passed and my practice has evolved, I now come to my mat for different reasons. Through aging and navigating chronic autoimmune condition, my yoga practice is now the most pure form of self-care. Physically and mentally.  

I am so grateful to be able to share such a beautiful and transformational practice with you! 

My favorite practice to lead is a slow flow vinyasa class.  I believe that matching breath to mindful movement, allowing time to transition from one posture to the next and noticing each sensation in the body through the asana practice is truly transformational.
