Lisa Viccione

Lisa Viccione is a RYT-200 who blends athleticism, creativity, and mindfulness into every class.  A former collegiate soccer player and long-time TV/Film production manager, Lisa brings a grounded, adaptable teaching style shaped by years of working across international locations and fast-moving environments.

Her classes emphasize alignment-based yoga, breathwork, and experiential sequencing taught through a scaffolded approach, offering accessible foundations with options to build toward strength and power. Informed by firsthand experience rehabilitating major joint and soft-tissue injuries, Lisa’s teaching also prioritizes injury prevention and intelligent progression while balancing effort and ease. Designed for all levels, her classes create a safe, empowering space for students to explore movement with confidence, making her a natural fit for immersive travel, retreat, and service-exchange experiences.

  • Yoga Styles: Chair, Hatha, Hot, Power, Restorative, Sculpt, Vinyasa, and Yin 
  • Breathwork/Pranayama: Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana), Box Breathing (Sama Vritti), Rapid Nostril Breathing (Kundalini), and Three-part Breath (Dirgha)
  • Meditation: Affirmations, Body Scan, Mindfulness, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, and Visualization
