Sam Zadikoff, MSW/LSW, MEd, E-RYT 500
Committed to sharing her passion for yoga, Sam aims to create a safe and welcoming environment for every one of her students and peers to practice in. The proud mother of two, she has been using yoga for over 2 decades to find peace, gain strength, and connect with others. To Sam, yoga is the perfect way to be present, connected and aware of one's mind and body. She feels that everyone can benefit from understanding how our own bodies work and the things it is capable of. Extending Sam’s 20 years of classroom teaching and social work experience to yoga allows Sam to share her love of both yoga, therapeutic interventions, and education and makes her class participants feel as comfortable on their yoga mats as they do in their own homes.
Sam has her E-RYT 500 from YogaWorks in Los Angeles and CorePower Yoga in Chicago. She’s been teaching Power Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Power Fusion, Yoga Sculpt, Pre and Post Natal Yoga, leading Yoga Workshops and using breath and yoga in her day Job as a School Social Worker for the past 12 years.
