Mariana’s yoga journey began in 2008, where she instantly felt at home in the practice. What started as personal devotion evolved into her calling. Since 2017, she has taught full-time, sharing yoga with heart, intention, and deep gratitude.
In 2023, Mariana expanded her teaching to Pilates, drawn to its strength-building benefits, mindful control, and the way it enhances overall movement. Today, she blends both of her passions yoga and Pilates into a balanced, transformative approach that supports students from the inside out.
