I’ve been teaching fitness classes since 2015 and bring a lifelong background in movement and athletics to everything I do. As a former collegiate swimmer, I developed a strong foundation in discipline, body awareness, and performance, which later led me into personal training in 2018. I’ve taught a wide range of classes, including bootcamp, TRX, small group training, and strength training, and I enjoy creating workouts that are challenging, engaging, and accessible for all fitness levels.

Alongside my work in fitness, I have a teaching background and currently work as a Physical Therapist Assistant, allowing me to combine safe and effective movement with a strong understanding of injury prevention and rehabilitation. My experience also extends beyond the gym—I’ve led wilderness trips and worked internationally as an Aquatics Director at the Singapore American School, experiences that strengthened my leadership skills and adaptability while working with diverse populations. I’m passionate about helping people move with confidence, build strength, and develop a sustainable relationship with fitness.
