With more than 20 years of experience teaching group fitness, Gail Witte brings depth, versatility, and heart to every class she leads. Her background spans yoga, Pilates, strength training, cycling, dance, and adaptive fitness, allowing her to meet students where they are and guide them toward sustainable strength, mobility, and well-being.
As a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and wellness director, Gail blends evidence-based movement with mindful practices that support both physical and emotional health. She is known for creating inclusive, intelligent programming that serves beginners, athletes, seniors, and individuals with diverse abilities.
In addition to teaching, Gail is a studio owner, group fitness manager, and mentor to new instructors, shaping the next generation of movement professionals through training programs and instructor academies. Her teaching philosophy centers on consistency, compassion, and empowerment—helping each student build resilience, confidence, and a lifelong relationship with movement.
