Chari Began practicing yoga in 2000 after being diagnosed with Cancer. Yoga became a step on her path to healing, a source of strength, self expression and joy. Over the years her yoga practice has played a significant role in her recovery and it has grown into a lifelong passion that she enjoys sharing with her students.
After two decades of practicing yoga, Chari was able to deepen her training and complete her 200 hour certification through YogaRenew and has been teaching for over 3 years now.
Chari's classes weave together meditation, breathwork and slow mindful flows. She aims to help her students unite body, mind and heart in the present moment, supporting well being on and off the mat. Chari welcomes all levels of students, focusing on holistic wellness.
