Yoga entered Corrine’s life as a source of strength, clarity, and resilience, and over time she felt a powerful calling to share the benefits of the practice with others. What began as a personal journey has become a meaningful path of guiding students from all backgrounds toward greater confidence and ease, both on and off the mat.
With more than 25 years of teaching experience and RYT-200 certification, Corrine offers a wide range of yoga styles, including power yoga, vinyasa flow, gentle yoga, chair yoga, and restorative practices. She creates classes that are welcoming and adaptive, skillfully modifying poses and sequences so each student—whether brand-new to yoga, highly active, or seeking a slower, more supportive practice—has a positive and meaningful class experience.
Corrine’s teaching emphasizes clear cues, intelligent alignment, and mindful movement, allowing her to successfully teach in a variety of environments, including studios, resorts, and retreat settings with or without props. She believes yoga is for everyone and is especially attuned to reading the room, understanding individual needs, and adjusting in real time to support diverse bodies, abilities, and energy levels.
Corrine has deepened her teaching through workshops with respected leaders in the field and continues to evolve her understanding of movement, breath, and stress-management tools. She loves helping students discover the strength within themselves and carry the benefits of yoga into everyday life.
