Seneca McCue

I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Stretch and Flexibility Coaching and Core Training. Teaching yoga since 2017, I bring a well-rounded, movement-based approach that blends mindful practices with functional strength, mobility, and longevity-focused training.

I currently serve as a guest teacher in yoga teacher training programs and have taught workshops and classes at yoga festivals, creating immersive, education-driven experiences for practitioners and fellow professionals alike. My teaching emphasizes intelligent sequencing, accessibility, and helping individuals feel strong, confident, and connected in their bodies, whether in a studio, retreat, or destination setting.

In addition to my in-person work, I have built a global online community of over 200,000 followers across social platforms, where I share educational content centered on yoga, fitness, mobility, and intentional movement. I’m deeply passionate about travel, connection, and creating elevated fitness experiences that inspire growth, adventure, and community, values that strongly align with the mission of Fit Bodies Inc.
