Cami Roberts

I am an experienced health and fitness educator with a passion for helping individuals develop lifelong habits for physical activity, wellness, and overall health. I bring strong communication, organization, and curriculum design skills, along with a positive, high-energy teaching style that motivates students and participants of all fitness levels. My enthusiasm for movement and wellness is contagious, creating an inclusive and engaging environment where people feel supported and challenged for over 25 years.

I hold a Master of Education in Curriculum Design with an emphasis in Physical Education from the University of Idaho, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a teaching certificate from Lewis-Clark State College. I am certified to teach Physical Education K–12 and Health grades 4–12.

I plan and deliver standards-based instruction in Health, Physical Education, Yoga, Lifetime Sports, Outdoor Recreation, Weight Training, and Fitness for Life. My role includes curriculum development, student motivation incentives, and mentoring as a cohort leader on special topics. I am deeply committed to educating students on healthy lifestyles and helping them make informed decisions about their physical and mental well-being.

In addition, I have been an instructor at Oregon State University I developed, designed, and taught the Ecampus course Balance Fitness (PAC 130). I also instruct Lifetime Fitness and Health (HHS 231), Fitness Labs (HHS 241), and a wide range of group fitness classes at the Dixon Recreation Center, including Step Aerobics, Cardio Combo, Cycling, and Body Sculpt.
