Sophia Sedlar

I’m a group fitness coach and performance professional with years of experience teaching bootcamp, CrossFit, running, yoga sculpt, and strength-based classes. I currently coach yoga and weights at Empire Fitness, alongside run coaching, and I serve on the Performance Staff at Gonzaga University as the head strength coach for the men’s and women’s tennis, golf, track, and volleyball teams.

At the heart of my coaching is a simple belief: movement should help you build a body that feels good to live in. Through group fitness and travel experiences, I love creating environments where people can train hard, move with intention, and connect deeply—with themselves and with others. My goal is for every experience to leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and energized long after the workout (and the trip) ends.
