I’m a lover of life, movement, and meaningful connection. I’m a mother, published author, and yoga teacher who believes the body is one of our greatest teachers — and that joy is one of our most powerful practices.
My path began in education and naturally evolved into a life rooted in intentional living, creativity, and embodied wellbeing. After years in traditional classrooms, I felt called to follow a deeper inner nudge — one that invited more freedom, presence, and exploration — and to share wellness in ways that feel alive, human, and genuinely nourishing.
I’m also trained in Himalayan sound healing (GoPali Levels I & II) and love weaving singing bowls into sessions to help people relax, reset, and gently return to their natural sense of calm and harmony.
Today, I guide people of all ages and backgrounds through movement, breath, sound, and stillness, creating spaces that feel welcoming, grounding, and uplifting. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or as a family, my intention is simple: to help you feel more at home in your body, more connected to yourself, and more energized by life.
