I began my fitness journey teaching step aerobics in the 1990s, building a strong foundation in rhythm-based, high-energy group fitness. In September 2025, I became a certified Zumba instructor and quickly expanded my training to include Zumba Step, Zumba + Lift™, Zumba Toning, and Plate by Zumba™. My classes blend classic fitness fundamentals with modern Zumba programming, focusing on strength, rhythm, and confidence while creating an energetic, welcoming environment for all fitness levels.
