Samantha is a yoga and fitness instructor with a deep, lifelong connection to movement and mind–body practices. She has been practicing yoga since childhood and brings over two years of teaching experience, guiding students through a wide range of classes with intention, strength, and care.
Samantha completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Portugal through Yoga Alliance, where she deepened her understanding of alignment, breathwork, mindfulness, and the transformative power of yoga both on and off the mat. Her teaching style blends presence and precision, encouraging students to move with awareness while challenging themselves in a supportive environment.
She teaches all styles of yoga, including:

- Mobility and stretch-focused classes
In addition to yoga, Samantha also teaches fitness-based classes, incorporating strength training, conditioning, and functional movement to help students build confidence, endurance, and resilience. Her classes are known for being grounded yet energizing, accessible yet empowering.
