I have taught all over the world: Belize, Mexico, Switzerland, Italy, Canada and the US. After suffering a back injury I wondered if I would ever teach again, but found my way back to a practice that is both gentle and strong. I am interested in providing a practice that allows us to remember that we can find peace in our bodies and ourselves, no matter what is going on in the world outside of our mat. I have led a 200 hour teacher training and I am experienced working with bodies of all ages and abilities. I have written two books on mindfulness, one out recently entitled Everyday Mindfulness For Women.
