Adrienne Sinquefield

Adrienne discovered yoga in college and never looked back. A mom of three young kids and happily married to her husband, Jason, she knows firsthand the value of movement, breath, and a little intentional calm in the middle of busy life. She completed her RYT-200 certification in 2025 and now teaches 3–4 classes a week, most often leading the beloved early-bird 6:00am crew.

Adrienne loves teaching hot yoga, slow flow, and power flow, and her classes always feature a thoughtfully curated mix of music genres to keep things fresh and motivating. Known for her energetic, thoughtful, and welcoming teaching style, she creates a space where students feel supported while still being challenged.

She firmly believes that yoga is for everyone—every age, every body, and every ability. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or deep into your practice, Adrienne encourages you to meet yourself exactly where you are.

When she’s not on her mat, you’ll likely find her at home with her three kids—or enthusiastically convincing her husband that it’s definitely time to plan the next adventure.
