Toni’s yoga journey began 22 years ago, right after graduating from Penn State and jumping into her first sales job. What started as a way to stay active (through MTV yoga DVDS) soon became an outlet that helped her build strength and flexibility both physically and mentally while navigating life’s challenges.

With 17 years of teaching experience, Toni first found her voice leading group fitness classes. She taught two very different styles: one high-energy class inspired by Muay Thai, boxing, and karate, and another more mindful blend of tai chi, Pilates, and yoga. It was the magic of that second class that led her to complete her 200-hour RYT at The Zen Den in Margate, NJ in 2015.

Since then, Toni has continued to deepen her practice and passion, earning her Mindfulness Resilience Training for Trauma through the Veteran’s Yoga Project in 2019 and her 300-hour RYT at Wellness in Motion in 2020.  

Expect Toni’s vinyasa classes to be fun, flowy, and empowering. A space where you can move, breathe, and feel strong in both body and mind.
